This report documents Verde Technology Limited's environmental, social, and economic impact across our three active ventures for the period January to December 2025. All figures are internally verified and reflect our commitment to full transparency.

A Message from Our Leadership

2025 was a year of foundations. Verde Technology Limited was established with a clear mandate: to apply non-toxic, science-backed green technology to Zambia's most pressing environmental and energy challenges. This report is our first public account of that work.

We are building three ventures simultaneously — a 150MW utility-scale solar project in Southern Province, an oxygen manufacturing plant in Lusaka, and a plastic recycling business also in Lusaka. Each venture is at a different stage of development, and each carries its own set of milestones, challenges, and opportunities.

We do not claim perfection. We claim progress — measurable, honest, and accelerating. The numbers in this report are targets and baselines, not finished achievements. We publish them because accountability is not optional. It is the foundation of trust.

We thank our partners, investors, and the communities of Southern Province and Lusaka who have welcomed Verde's work. The planet cannot wait, and neither can we.

Development Phase

Verde's flagship energy venture is developing Zambia's first 150-megawatt utility-scale solar power project in Southern Province. The project will deliver clean, grid-connected electricity to thousands of homes and businesses, reducing dependence on fossil fuels and positioning Southern Province as a renewable energy hub.

Plastic Recycling Business

Verde's plastic recycling operation in Lusaka collects and processes mixed plastic waste, converting it into reusable pellets, construction materials, and fuel alternatives. The business works with municipalities, manufacturers, and waste collectors to divert plastic from landfills and waterways.

The 150MW solar project moves into active construction planning, the oxygen plant expands its customer base, and the plastic recycling operation targets its full 12,000-tonne annual capacity. We will report on each milestone as it is achieved.
